The myAT&T app's post-order experience was a pain point for both customers and the business, causing millions of calls to customer care. The updated simple and straightforward experience got three times the engagement from customers and cut calls in half.


The existing order card was hard to find, as it was far down the cluttered homepage.

The existing card also didn’t give customers information about the order status, forcing them to click through to a web page to get any information.
